Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected and how it is processed when you use the Stock Analytics app (the "App").

1. Using the App Without Signing In

Most features (quotes, charts, news, AI analysis) work without an account. In that case the developer does not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. Your watchlist, holdings, and settings are stored only on your device.

2. Information Collected When You Sign In (Optional)

Some features, such as the fantasy trading league and portfolio sync, require signing in with a Google or Apple account. When you sign in, the following is stored on the developer's server to create and operate your service account:

• The account identifier provided by the sign-in provider (Google/Apple)
• Display name (nickname) and profile image, if provided

With Sign in with Apple you may choose "Hide My Email", in which case the App only receives the private relay address. Sign-in information is used solely to provide the service (e.g., league rankings, syncing your watchlist and holdings) and is never sold to third parties.

3. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and stored data in the app settings or via the contact email below. Requests are processed without undue delay.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. The following may be collected automatically by the advertising provider:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA — only if you allow App Tracking Transparency)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Approximate location (IP-based)
• App usage and ad interaction data

Declining the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt does not limit any app features; you will simply see non-personalized ads.

5. Content Server Communication

Quotes, news, and analysis content are downloaded from the developer's server. Standard connection data (IP address, request time, app identifier) may appear in server access logs and is used only for service operation and troubleshooting.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

In-app settings and locally saved watchlist/holdings live only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Account data stored on the server is destroyed when your account is deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Investment Disclaimer

Quotes, analysis, and briefings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
